Projects
Anyone — member or not — can submit a cultural project to ALB.
ALB operates through cultural project management. Anyone can submit a proposal — events, publications, exhibitions, language courses, genealogical research, or any initiatives that preserve and promote Latvian culture in Brazil.
How It Works
The submission process takes place in three steps:
Submission
Anyone submits a project to a local Territorial Group via form or direct contact with the group.
Evaluation
The Territorial Group evaluates and, if approved locally, forwards it to ALB's Deliberative Council through its council members.
Approval
The Deliberative Council analyzes, prioritizes, and approves the project at the national level.
Submit Your Proposal
Download the submission form or fill it out directly in Google Docs.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Anyone can submit a cultural project proposal, regardless of whether they are an ALB member.
Look for the territorial group closest to your region. If there is no nearby group, contact ALB directly by email contato@abcl.com.br.
ALB supports cultural, educational, and Latvian identity preservation projects in Brazil — events, publications, exhibitions, language courses, genealogical research, and similar initiatives.
The Territorial Group has up to 30 days to evaluate the proposal. The Deliberative Council reviews proposals at its regular meetings, held quarterly.
